We can provide you a price to haul away a single item, a trailer load (⅙,¼, ⅜, ½, ⅝, ¾, ⅞ or full), or multiple trailer loads. Here at JDog we try to donate, remove, recycle and we will broom clean your property before we leave. We have relationships with numerous community groups to whom we donate items that can be used by those in need.

I'm not ready to have everything moved - there are items I want to keep. Can you do that for me?
Yes, it’s very simple! All you need to do is tag the items that you’re keeping and we’ll either leave those furnishings and boxes in place, or we’ll stack them neatly where you can get them later. Another option is for you to remove the things you want and then have us clear out what’s left behind.
What do you do with the items you remove?
That’s up to you, we can move furniture from the state property to another family member’s home. We can donate items that are still usable. Here at JDog, we strive to dispose of property in a responsible manner, and we try to reduce, reuse, and recycle whenever possible.
Will you clean the house?
Once the items are removed, we’ll broom sweep and vacuum to get most of the dust out. We’ll treat the property with respect to ensure that it’s protected during the process.
I won't need your service until after the estate sale. How do I reach you when the time comes?
We’ll work around your schedule until after the estate sales. If you want to run a sale first and then have us take out the remaining items, we’re happy to do that. Just give us a call when you’re ready, and we’ll book an appointment for you.
How much do you charge?
Our fees are based on how much space the items will take up in our trailer. We’re more than happy to come out to the property to provide you with a no-obligation, no-hassle quote. We’ll match other written estimates, and we stand behind our estimates. When we state a price, you can trust that we will not go over that amount.
